BDPSP can work with the Client for whole project life cycle including feasibility studies, investigations, development of pre-construction information, procurement and appointment of Contractors, through to on site management of the works in progress and handover.

BDPSP can work with the Contractor, from Contract Award to develop all required information such as project plans, procedures and programme, risk registers and commercial management techniques, and undertake the day-to-day management of any contract. We maintain programme and progress reports and work to a high level of Health and Safety on all of our sites. We can assist in safety case requirements and HAZOPs, particularly with reference to CAA requirements for Airfield contracts.

We have the experience to manage any construction project from 25k to £70m, utilising the principles of APM to do so. We have worked with and understand NEC, DEFCON and FIDIC contracts.
