Airfield Pavement Inspections

BDPSP can complete airfield pavement inspections and condition summaries and we work with DIO practitioner’s guidance to meet Tier 3 inspection level.

We undertake a walking inspection of the required pavement and detail any findings in a report with recommendations for maintenance, updated pavement condition drawings and a 12 month budget based on our findings. This allows the asset owner to manage the pavement budget each year and provides information for Tier 1 and 2 inspections typically completed by the airport to focus on known issues.  The CAA view this document as part of an airport’s safety documentation.
